If you're coming in for a cycle class, come prepared to sweat buckets, and have an amazingly fun time doing it!  Our classes are designed for novice or experienced riders alike, so please know you are welcome no matter where your current fitness level is at.

For your first visit, please come 20-30 minutes early to have time for us to show you around and get you properly fitted to your bike.

What to Bring

  • Bring a good, can-do, positive attitude!

  • Cycle Shoes. All of our bikes are compatible with SPD cleats, and a few will accommodate Delta Look cleats as well.  If you do not have cycle shoes, you can bring INDOOR gym shoes.  We also sell cycle shoes in the studio!

  • Water Bottle!  You'll want to be plenty hydrated before coming to class.  We have a water station available to refill your water bottles, and we also offer water bottles for purchase.
